We are a UK fintech creating successful neobanks in emerging markets in partnerships with local traditional banks.
Our success builds upon a best-in-class product, customer experience, emotional engagement, viral marketing and deep credit decisioning expertise.
One of our founders had previously co-founded a highly successful Eastern European neobank with a multi-million customer base.
We launched our first market with Leobank in Azerbaijan in 2021, where we have already established market-leading positions. Our next market was Vietnam, where we launched Liobank in early 2023 and also gained solid traction.
We have a few more new markets in the pipeline for the next 12 months, and we are starting to build the team there.

What You Will Be Doing
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates.
Sourcing and recruiting personnel for a wide range of roles (from high-volume positions to mid-level management).
Conducting candidate evaluations and organizing assessment centers.
Organizing onboarding and adaptation processes for new employees.
Participating in the development and implementation of motivation systems.
Measuring employee satisfaction and developing strategies for retention.
Enhancing and promoting the employer brand.
Contributing to the creation of internal communication systems.
Who you are

Your Experience
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment.
Proven success in closing vacancies of varying complexity, from high-volume to mid-level management roles.
Understanding of key HR functions.
Strong presentation skills, charisma, and the ability to inspire teams.
Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and achieve results.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to consider different perspectives, find common ground with colleagues, and persuade others.
Positive attitude towards life and work, with a focus on team care and development.
Leadership qualities and an understanding of the importance of human capital management.
Ability to recognize the interplay between business processes and the human factor, and to positively influence the business through team management.
