We are a UK fintech creating successful neobanks in emerging markets in partnerships with local traditional banks.
Our success builds upon a best-in-class product, customer experience, emotional engagement, viral marketing and deep credit decisioning expertise.
One of our founders had previously co-founded a highly successful Eastern European neobank with a multi-million customer base.
We launched our first market with Leobank in Azerbaijan in 2021, where we have already established market-leading positions. Our next market was Vietnam, where we launched Liobank in early 2023 and also gained solid traction.
We have a few more new markets in the pipeline for the next 12 months, and we are starting to build the team there.

What You Will Be Doing
- Development Referral Program, Cashback and Statements
- Definition of work on the product and sprint, setting priorities together with the scrum master and the team
- Verification of requirements with the development team and stakeholders
- Keeping product documentation up to date
- Working with UX
- Definition, regular analysis and preparation of proposals for improving the KPI of the product
Who you are
- 4+ years of experience in banking / fintech
- Proven experience in product development in the field of financial services:
- experience in creating a product road map, coordination of all aspects between the main teams
- experience in writing technical tasks and specifications
- experience in developing business models
- experience in product analytics, A/B testing
- ability to understand Scrum principles
- Ability to understand the customer experience in the banking segment (both offline and online)
- Ability to build relationships with both business and technical teams
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
