We are a UK fintech creating successful neobanks in emerging markets in partnerships with local traditional banks.
Our success builds upon a best-in-class product, customer experience, emotional engagement, viral marketing and deep credit decisioning expertise.
One of our founders had previously co-founded a highly successful Eastern European neobank with a multi-million customer base.
We launched our first market with Leobank in Azerbaijan in 2021, where we have already established market-leading positions. Our next market was Vietnam, where we launched Liobank in early 2023 and also gained solid traction.
We have a few more new markets in the pipeline for the next 12 months, and we are starting to build the team there.

What You Will Be Doing
- Support marketing activities in the launch of a new Neobank brand from inception.
- Collaborate with Fintech Farm to develop an overarching marketing strategy.
- Actively participate in the execution of marketing activities both online and offline.
- Craft and refine diverse content across the website, direct communications, applications, promotional materials, and social media.
- Conduct literary text editing and editorial work.
- Manage text translations.
- Execute SMM marketing strategies.
Who you are
- Proven experience as a marketing manager, copywriter, or in a similar role.
- Additional experience in marketing management or copywriting within the fintech/banking sector is a definite advantage.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital and offline marketing tools.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Demonstrated creativity.
