We are a UK fintech creating successful neobanks in emerging markets in partnerships with local traditional banks.
Our success builds upon a best-in-class product, customer experience, emotional engagement, viral marketing and deep credit decisioning expertise.
One of our founders had previously co-founded a highly successful Eastern European neobank with a multi-million customer base.
We launched our first market with Leobank in Azerbaijan in 2021, where we have already established market-leading positions. Our next market was Vietnam, where we launched Liobank in early 2023 and also gained solid traction.
We have a few more new markets in the pipeline for the next 12 months, and we are starting to build the team there.

What You Will Be Doing
- Maintain relationships with 3rd party companies and vendors - Bank, MasterCard and Visa, Card Processor, Card Plastic Manufacturer and Personalisation Burea.
- Manage projects with Visa/Mastercard including BIN and ICA assignment, Google Pay, Apple Pay and others.
- Develop and implement new products and features such as new card products, Google Pay and other Digital Products
- Analyse Visa/Mastercard invoices and provide ideas on what can be improved

- Visa/Mastercard interchange and fees
- Visa/Mastercard invoices
- Transaction lifecycle
- Approval rate
- 3ds
- Understanding the rules of Mastercard and Visa
- Experience in handling projects with MasterCard, Visa, and Card Processor
- Knowledge of project management methods and techniques
- Proficiency in effectively supervising, leading, and managing staff members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization
- Excellent problem-solving, team, and time management skills managing multiple deadlines for self and others
- Proficiency in evaluating the performance capabilities of subordinates as well as counseling subordinates in development and/or corrective discipline
