What You Will Be Doing

  • Management of the Anti-Fraud project – monitoring KPIs such as fraud levels, approval rate, and others.
  • Collaboration with the fraud monitoring team in the Operations Center – training operators, overseeing fraud types/schemes, and adapting the anti-fraud system to align with current anti-fraud trends.
  • Preparing documentation/descriptions of current rules.
  • Describing and providing expert evaluation of requirements set by the local Central Bank. Assisting in finalizing the list of all limits/rules for processing (considering Central Bank requirements).
  • Monitoring the setup of rules and limits on the processing side.
  • Facilitating communication with the processing provider.
  • Supporting the establishment of communication with the processing provider and ACS vendor for launching 3DS push notifications.

Suggested Requirements:

  • Experience in preparing and maintaining business and technical documentation.
  • Understanding of payment processing systems and associated rules.
  • Familiarity with Central Bank regulations related to payment systems is desirable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with external vendors and internal teams.
  • Experience with 3DS implementations or payment authentication systems is a plus.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
