Your role

We're seeking a self-motivated Affiliate Manager who thrives in the fast-paced digital environment and aims to leverage their experience at a rapidly growing company. You will be responsible for developing and managing strategic affiliate partnerships across our core markets to drive customer acquisition.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate strategy across all products and markets, aligned with growth goals and Customer Acquisition targets
  • Identify and negotiate emerging trends, potential partnerships, and strategic directions to expand FF's affiliate program and grow the network
  • Sign contracts with new affiliate partners, ensuring clear and mutually beneficial terms
  • Attract and onboard new affiliates, building strong, long-term collaborations and maintaining relationships with existing partners
  • Manage affiliate partners: identify relevant networks, negotiate deals, coordinate technical integration, and launch traffic campaigns
  • Create and implement commission policies and incentive schemes based on partner performance and strategic objectives
  • Optimize campaigns: share insights, explore ways to increase traffic and conversion efficiency, and continuously improve partner performance
  • Track, analyze, and report on affiliate program performance with transparent updates, making data-driven decisions based on key indicators
  • Monitor traffic quality and campaign effectiveness, working toward KPIs — including volume, conversions, and ROI
  • Maintain regular communication with affiliates via preferred channels (email, calls, messengers), supporting their motivation and collaboration
  • Revitalize less active partners by identifying growth opportunities, supporting their development, and encouraging ongoing engagement
  • Own your portfolio's success — implement improvements, meet targets, and demonstrate measurable results
  • Stay informed about market dynamics and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

Who You Are

  • You're passionate about affiliate marketing and digital customer acquisition

Your Experience

  • 3+ years working in affiliate marketing
  • Proven success in developing and managing strategic affiliate partnerships that significantly impact business growth
  • Familiarity with mobile app affiliate marketing tracking tools and SDK integration details
  • Knowledge of fraud prevention techniques in affiliate marketing
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with expertise in analytical tools like Adjust or AppsFlyer
  • Deep knowledge of CPA optimization techniques and key metrics (CTR, CPL, CPI, CPA, CR, CAC, LTV, etc.)
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency
  • Experience in the fintech or banking niche will be a huge advantage
