Background
OCB Digital Bank - LioBank is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Specialist/ Junior Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in product marketing. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset combined with a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and product positioning. Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and driving product adoption is essential. A background in Bank/ Digital Bank will be compulsory.

What You Will Be Doing
- Develop, update, and implement credit risk strategies, policies, procedures ensuring they align with market environment and regulatory requirements in India - Analyze borrower's credit risk including creditworthiness, bank statements and related market practices
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize risks including setting credit limits, recommendations on pricing and credit terms
- Liaise with product, legal, and finance teams to ensure effective credit risk management
- Oversee loan loss provisioning process
- Prepare comprehensive reports for audits and regulatory bodies
- Monitor changes to credit legislation and regulations, and adapt policies and procedures accordingly
- Engage with third-party providers like credit bureaus, account aggregators etc
Responsibilities Of The Role
Primary: Product Strategy and Development
- Devise the Product Marketing Team, working closely with the Product Team (Product Owner), Partnership team and other stakeholders, to develop a product marketing plan that drives sales of all products.
- Develop and build relationships as a contact point with stakeholders within the Marketing team, Agencies, Product team, Partnership team and Board of Directors.
- Lead performance reporting, analyzing campaign data to assess impact and inform future marketing decisions.
- Propose and deploy, budget digital implementation for new product and feature launches, coordinating with product development, sales, and creative, digital marketing teams to ensure successful execution.
Secondary: Go-To-Market Execution and Performance Analysis
- Design and implement go-to-market plans for new products and features, ensuring effective launch and adoption strategies.
- Execute marketing activity across channels, including advertising, trade shows, events, partner channels, etc.
- Be responsible for regular product content & materials tracking, in-app content management and quality control for in-app customer journey.
- Work closely with Data Science teams to product market landscape, competitive tracking as well as updated customer insight readouts.
- Regularly organize weekly monthly check-in with Business & Sales teams to review historical performance, campaigns and learning.
Measures of success
In Two Months
- Gain a comprehensive understanding and catch up with ongoing existing products and their market positioning.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, especially product team and internal marketing team.
In Three-Six Months
- Successfully launch at least one new product or feature, contributing to measurable growth in user acquisition or engagement.
- Establish/ Coordinate a clear product marketing strategy/ plan that aligns with overall business goals.
In 12 Months
- Create/ Coordinate a robust product marketing pipeline, with clearly defined stages and metrics for a series of product roadmap for the next annual plan.
- Drive significant improvements in product adoption and customer satisfaction through strategic initiatives.
What You Will Need
- 2 or 3+ years of experience in Bank/ Digital Bank with a similar role
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Advertising or a relevant discipline
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful product marketing strategies/ plans.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data to inform decision-making.
- Creative and strategic combined thinker with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multi-tasking under high pressure.
- An independent, self-driven individual with a highly responsible nature.
