Your Role

As a Product Development Manager, you will lead the growth and development of our VIP card product line. This includes strategizing, promoting, and enhancing the product to meet customer needs and market demands.

What You Will Be Doing

Product Promotion:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and product development strategy.
  • Actively promote and sell VIP cards through various channels (online, partner networks, internal CRM solutions, etc.).
  • Prepare reports on sales effectiveness and product performance.
  • Assess the impact of product enhancements on sales and user experience.

Product Development:

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement.
  • Monitor the market and competitive landscape, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Propose and implement functionality enhancements to improve the product.

Product Ownership:

  • Define tasks for the development team to refine and enhance the product.
  • Manage the product backlog: prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and ensure quality execution.
  • Create and update product documentation, including descriptions of new features and user scenarios.

Coordination of Processes:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (development, marketing, customer support, analytics).
  • Participate in testing and launching new product features.

Who You Are:

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or product management.
  • Proven track record of working with premium products, including VIP cards.
  • Hands-on experience as a product owner or working closely with development teams.
Product Management Skills:

  • Strong ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and propose growth initiatives.
  • Experience in task setting, prioritization, and overseeing task execution.
Promotion Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and build long-term relationships with clients.

Professional Knowledge:
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, including backlog and user story management.
  • Knowledge of financial services or premium products is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, KPI reporting, and result interpretation.

Personal Qualities:
  • Proactive, independent, and responsible.
  • Highly organized, capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Result-oriented and flexible in problem-solving.
