Your Role:We’re looking for a strategic, sharp and execution-focused Chief of Staff to work directly with our co-CEO & co-Founder and wider executive team to drive key company-wide initiatives, streamlining communication and execution across our teams and markets as we scale. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast and brings structure to chaos.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Work directly with the co-CEO & co-Founder acting as his right hand.
- Lead and support company strategic planning and key initiatives.
- Drive OKRs setting and accountability across teams within Fintech Farm and our local neobanks.
- Facilitate effective internal communication, ensuring the right information flows across the company.
- Act as a general problem solver and thought partner to the co-CEO & co-Founder and executive team – bringing data, clarity and critical thinking to complex issues.
- Prepare content and insights for board meetings and investor updates.
Who You Are:
- 7+ years’ experience in a top-tier strategy consulting, PE or tech scale-up, prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- A self-starter, who doesn’t take “No” for an answer.
- Strategic and structured thinker with strong execution muscle – you can both design the plan and get it done.
- Able to handle multiple priorities and enjoy operating at speed.
- High energy levels and a positive attitude.
- Able to quickly build trust with key stakeholders, comfortable working closely with senior execs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferably sector experience in consumer banking / fintech / payments.
- International experience, preferably in emerging markets.
