SME Product Owner

Your Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and commercially-minded SME Product Owner to launch and manage the growth of our SME banking products across our markets (Vietnam, Azerbaijan and beyond).
What You Will Be Doing:

  • Define and deliver the SME products strategy for each of our markets

  • Own the product lifecycle: from initial ideation and product development to go-to-market, through to performance

  • Manage product performance on an ongoing basis: perform regular product reviews, analyse competitor trends, user feedback and product KPIs, improve product engagement and economics, report to the executive team

  • Partner with legal and compliance teams in Fintech Farm and bank partners to meet all relevant regulatory requirements in local markets

  • Develop product documentation and training materials

  • Drive commercial performance, owning the SME P&L across all markets

  • Develop and launch new products tailored to the needs of small businesses in emerging markets

Who You Are:

  • A self-starter, who doesn’t take “No” for an answer, result-oriented and enjoys operating at speed

  • High energy levels and a positive attitude

  • Strong empathy for customers, unwilling to compromise on user-centred design

  • Commercial and analytical with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Your Experience:

  • 7+ years’ experience in SME product development

  • Proven ability to design and manage successful SME products at scale

  • Experience driving commercial performance and P&L ownership

  • Strong understanding of small business needs in emerging markets
