Senior Finance Manager Your roleYou are an experienced Finance manager, with proven experience in financial reporting and financial performance analysis
What you will be doing1. Preparation of the Bank’s Annual and Three-Year Budget
• Participation in developing the financial model and planning revenues and expenses;
• Alignment of key budget assumptions with the bank’s departments;
• Monitoring budget execution, analyzing variances, and preparing recommendations for corrective actions.
2. Financial Performance Analysis
• Conducting profitability analysis of products and business lines;
• Identifying growth drivers and areas for optimization and efficiency improvement;
• Collecting, structuring, and analyzing data on revenues, expenses, and KPIs;
• Preparing analytical insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.
3. Collaboration with Bank Departments
• Cooperating with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and IT teams in data collection and cost planning;
• Ensuring accuracy of input data and alignment of revenue and expense plans;
• Supporting financial control processes at the business unit level.
4. Preparation of Reports and Presentations
• Preparing presentations for meetings, strategic sessions, and the Board of Directors.

Your experience
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or related fields, preferably in a financial, banking or fintech environment
- Ability to work with large datasets, advanced Excel skills, and experience with financial systems
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments
- Experience preparing presentations and reports for senior management
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- High energy and goal-driven personality, focused on achieving big things in ½ the time that it takes most people
- Higher education in finance, economics, or accounting
- Fluent in English
