About the role:
As the Onboarding Lead, you will be at the forefront of developing and maintaining onboarding strategies and flows of customers from their initial interaction with our products. You will play a key role in ensuring that our onboarding process smoothly integrates new users into our system, fostering satisfaction and loyalty.
What You Will Be Doing:
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive onboarding strategies to enhance customer engagement from the outset
Maintain up-to-date documentation and collaborate with compliance, legal and HQ product team to ensure a seamless and effective customer journey
Regularly define, analyse and propose enhancements to onboarding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement of the onboarding experience
Who You Are:
A proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of overcoming challenges with a positive and energetic attitude
Strong analytical abilities and critical thinking skills, with a deep understanding of financial analysis, economics and banking operations
Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
Your Experience:
Experience in banking or fintech, focusing on product/onboarding KYC development within financial services is preferred
Experience working with mobile apps is required, working with the onboarding flow of the mobile application and managing operations and the team
You are well-versed in developing business models and employing product analytics and A/B testing to drive product decisions and improvements
You possess an understanding of Scrum principles and have extensive experience enhancing customer experience in payment or other mobile apps
