Junior Affiliate Manager

Your Role:
We're seeking a self-motivated Junior Affiliate Manager who thrives in fast-paced digital environments and wants to grow with a rapidly scaling company. If you’re passionate about affiliate marketing and eager to build strategic partnerships in the fintech space, we want to hear from you. 🚀
What You Will Be Doing:

• Assist with affiliate onboarding: set up tracking links, affiliate accounts, etc


• Perform technical configuration and QA for tracking URLs, and postback integrations.


• Track, analyze, and report affiliate program performance with clear, regular updates. 📊


• Prepare weekly and monthly reports (traffic, conversions, revenue, EPC, ROI) and maintain dashboards.


• Monitor affiliate performance and flag anomalies or opportunities to the team lead; monitor traffic quality and campaign effectiveness against KPIs (volume, conversions, ROI) and act to optimize results. 🎯


• Maintain ongoing communication with partners via email, calls, and messaging; provide technical and operational support for integrations. 💬

Your Experience:

• 1+ year experience in affiliate or performance marketing. 🌐


• Proven ability to manage affiliate partnerships and campaign launches.


• Familiarity with mobile app tracking tools and SDK integration details (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer). 📱


• Knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and traffic-quality controls. 🛡️


• Strong understanding of affiliate metrics and CPA optimization (CTR, CPL, CPI, CPA, CR, CAC, LTV). 🔍


• Proficient with Excel / Google Sheets and comfortable using analytics tools and dashboards. 📊


• Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency. 🌍
