Digital Marketing Manager

Your Role:


As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing digital marketing initiatives to drive growth for new and existing neobank projects. You’ll work closely with UA, Affiliate, Creative, SEO, Product, and Dev teams to build scalable strategies, optimize performance, and deliver measurable business results.


What You Will Be Doing:



  • Develop and implement go-to-market and scaling strategies for new projects

  • Plan, monitor, and optimize activities across digital channels to align with business goals

  • Define KPIs, build measurement frameworks, and drive performance improvements

  • Coordinate user acquisition (UA), social media, ASO/SEO, affiliate/partnerships, influencer campaigns, and brand activities

  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery: briefs, creative QA, media execution, and optimization

  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance and ROI; recommend optimizations

  • Collaborate closely with UA, Affiliate, Creative, SEO, Product, and Dev teams to execute marketing initiatives

  • Support product launches and feature promotion to achieve revenue targets

  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform strategy and localize campaigns

  • Manage digital marketing budget and coordinate with external agencies and vendors

Your Experience:



  • 3.5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in IT services or fintech

  • Strong expertise in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, etc.)

  • Proven experience with ASO, SEO, affiliate marketing, social media, and reputation management

  • Proficient with mobile analytics and attribution tools (GA, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Firebase)

  • Experience with influencer marketing and community/engagement campaigns

  • Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills

  • Professional proficiency in English
