Why Fintech Farm is a great place to be
Customers. We always go above and beyond to provide an amazing customer experience. And who said that banking has to be boring? We make our apps not just easy but fun to use.
People. We have almost 300 employees and we’re all business partners in our company - each with stock options that give us a real stake in the business. As we grow and succeed, we all share in the upside. We work with strong individuals whom we empower and trust rather than micromanage. We always stay curious and open-minded.
About the role:
We are looking for an analytically driven and commercially curious Finance Analyst to join our global Finance team. This is an individual contributor role reporting into the FP&A Head, sitting alongside our Commercial Finance Manager and contributing to the team’s work across financial analysis, modelling and strategic insight. You will support and contribute to the financial narrative across our portfolio of markets - helping to evaluate strategic decisions, understand product economics and translate data into clear, actionable insight.
This is a role for someone who wants to grow quickly: you will contribute meaningfully from day one whilst building towards greater ownership over time. This is not a financial control or reporting role. We want someone with a genuine curiosity for how businesses work, who is comfortable working with numbers and with people and who is developing into a commercially rounded finance professional.
What You Will Be Doing;
Strategic & Commercial Analysis
Support financial analysis underpinning key strategic decisions - new market entries, product launches, pricing strategy and commercial partnerships
Support the development and maintenance of financial models, building towards independent ownership of model components over time
Contribute to the financial narrative across markets, developing understanding of competitive dynamics, unit economics and growth drivers
Work closely with the FP&A Head and cross-functional teams, with exposure to senior stakeholders as you develop
Market & Product Economics
Assist in evaluating product-level profitability across the portfolio; lending, cards, savings, BNPL and payments - identifying drivers of performance and areas for improvement
Analyse customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, payback periods and other key unit economics across markets
Help develop forward-looking views on market opportunity and the financial sustainability of strategic initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with local finance teams and product managers to align financial modelling with on-the-ground realities
Bring analytical rigour and a commercial perspective to product and growth conversations
What you need to have;
1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, corporate finance, or a relevant graduate scheme, with meaningful exposure to financial modelling and analytical work
Demonstrated ability to build and work with financial models - three-statement models, cohort analysis, scenario and sensitivity analysis
Growing grasp of unit economics, P&L dynamics and the commercial levers that drive a consumer financial services business
Strong analytical capability and clear communication - able to present findings and support recommendations concisely
Comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving, international environment
Fluent in English
Desirable;
Prior exposure to fintech, consumer banking, or emerging markets
Experience or exposure to fundraising processes or investor reporting
What we are offering
Competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience
