Your Role:We’re looking for a Senior SEO & Organic Growth Specialist who knows how to turn organic search into real, measurable growth. You’ll take full end-to-end ownership of developing and executing effective SEO strategies across multiple markets and products — from research and planning to execution, measurement, and iteration — adapting to the unique ranking dynamics and user behaviour of each market. You’ll work closely with a full in-house team of copywriters, designers, and analysts, and play a key role in launching new markets from day one.
What You Will Be Doing:- Build and implement SEO strategies that drive qualified web and mobile traffic and convert visitors into users.
- Research, track, and continuously optimize keywords and rankings across all products and markets.
- Plan and oversee the creation of SEO-optimized blog content, from topic research and content briefs to publication and performance tracking.
- Monitor and manage brand mentions and reputation across search results, social media, and review platforms.
- Track brand sentiment and strengthen brand presence in organic search.
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor algorithm updates to keep strategies ahead of the curve.
- Optimize content for AI-powered search engines, including ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
- Own the conversion funnel, identifying drop-off points and improving conversion through A/B testing and landing page optimization.
- Leverage AI tools to improve SEO workflows and decision-making processes.
- Build and maintain dashboards consolidating SEO, SERM, and CRO performance metrics.
- Define and track KPIs including organic traffic, keyword rankings, blog performance, brand sentiment, and conversion metrics.
- Integrate data from SEO and analytics platforms into a unified reporting framework.
- Continuously analyze results and adjust strategies based on data and performance insights.

Your Experience:- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, ideally with high-traffic websites across multiple markets.
- Experience launching and growing a blog from scratch, including content planning, SEO briefs, internal linking structures, and performance measurement.
- Deep understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and on-page/off-page optimization.
- Hands-on experience with SERM, including brand monitoring, reputation management, and online mentions.
- Experience with CRO, including funnel analysis, A/B testing, and landing page optimization.
- Experience building analytics dashboards and KPI frameworks for organic growth channels.
- Experience with GEO / AI Search optimization is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Copywritely, and BrandMentions.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Firebase, Amplitude, Tableau, and Looker.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with experience working with internal teams and external contractors.
- English level B2+ or higher.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or multi-market applications is a strong plus.
