Your role

As a Direct Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building a comprehensive customer communication system that drives engagement, reduces churn, and supports the growth of our neobank through personalized, impactful marketing across digital channels.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Build and manage a communication system in Corezoid for both service and promotional messaging.
  • Design and deploy service messages (e.g. transactional alerts, delivery updates, anti-fraud warnings).
  • Create promotional campaigns to boost onboarding, educate users on features, and encourage card/product usage.
  • Develop content for all communication channels: push notifications, emails, SMS, and phone calls.
  • Segment target audiences and create precise client samples for each message.
  • Execute marketing campaigns aimed at churn reduction and customer engagement growth.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness, run A/B tests, and define success rules.
  • Maintain and improve the CRM system and internal communications platform.

Who you are

  • Creative and data-driven marketer with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Curious and open to experimenting with new communication formats.
  • Fluent in English and Ukrainian, both spoken and written.
Your Experience:

  • Solid experience in communication campaign design for large B2C projects.
  • Familiarity with various digital communication channels and tools.
  • Experience with communication calendars and Corezoid is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills; experience with ML-driven marketing campaigns is a plus.
