Leo customers have the opportunity to use a convenient Visa card with a credit limit, make payments and transfers, receive Cashback, and enjoy many more advantages. Leobank was created according to the "mobile-only" (branchless bank) principle. Instead of investing funds in a branch network, salaries for numerous employees, cash collection, and other areas, we have invested our capital and energy into our excellent mobile application.

We are a UK fintech creating successful neobanks in emerging markets in partnerships with local traditional banks. The mission is to make banking services accessible, simple and fun to use worldwide and the goal is to launch neobanks in 50+ markets, serving 100m+ customers.

One of our founders also previously co-founded a highly successful Eastern European neobank (Monobank) with 10m+ customers.

Your role
As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a key role in scaling the bank by driving mass hiring strategies, enhancing candidate experience, and building a strong employer brand.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Develop and execute a high-volume recruitment strategy to support the rapid scaling of the bank
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management)
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies
- Focus on hiring for customer service, operations, and other critical functions
- Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure hiring goals are met
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Drive employer branding initiatives, promoting the bank as an attractive place to work
- Organize career events, job fairs, and university partnerships to build talent pipelines
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR tech tools to streamline recruitment workflows
- Track and report key hiring metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.)
- Optimize recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability
- Stay updated on market trends and talent acquisition best practices to continuously improve hiring strategies
Who you are
- Passionate about recruitment and energized by high-volume hiring

Your Experience
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in fintech, banking, or high-growth startups
- Proven track record in mass hiring for customer service, operations, or tech roles
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, working closely with hiring managers and senior leadership
- Strong data-driven mindset, with experience in tracking and optimizing hiring KPIs
- Familiarity with UK employment laws, right-to-work checks, and compliance in hiring
- Certifications in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruitment are a plus
